New ideas for the processing of liquid pharmaceuticals

“The Pharmatag in Crailsheim has been taking place at our site since the 1970s whenever none of the large trade fairs is planned“, reports site manager Joachim Brenner. “In 2019, we will open our doors again and invite our customers and prospects from the pharmaceutical industry to our factory.“ The participants can look forward to two days full of inspiring presentations, new ideas and technological highlights concerning the future of pharmaceutical production.

 “On the first day, we will be offering an extended plant tour“, Brenner says. „Here we will present, among others, our filling machine ALF 5000 including an isolator for highly potent products, as well as the sterile powder filling machine AFG 5000 with CIP/SIP and 100 percent IPC for high outputs.“

New services and Industry 4.0 solutions

The service and industry 4.0 team will present the Pharma i 4.0 Starter Edition – the digital solution for a transparent production overview, condition monitoring and event tracking. The platform will be shown in connection with the exhibited machines. It is suited for both new machines and for the modernization of existing equipment. Furthermore, all interested parties have the opportunity to test a virtual reality training and get to know further innovative offers for maintenance and service support.

The traditional evening event with lots of opportunities for personal encounters will round off the first day. The second day comprises the technical symposium with a product exhibition – this time in the Carmen Würth Forum in Künzelsau. Further information will follow soon.
